With over a decade of experience in veterinary practice management, Viktor Gorbachenko plays a key role in shaping the client experience at Ark Life Veterinary. He’s passionate about Fear Free medicine and believes that open, transparent communication is the foundation of great veterinary care. Viktor is also deeply interested in the evolving landscape of veterinary medicine, particularly in the areas of pharmaceuticals and technology, and is committed to keeping the clinic at the cutting edge.

Known for his calm, compassionate approach, Viktor works closely with both clients and staff to create a welcoming, low-stress environment for every visit. He shares his home—and much of his inspiration—with two dogs, Teddy and Alf.
