I have taken 2 cats' there. When my 1st was sick and eventually had to be put down, Dr. Max and the staff were wonderful. Helping me figure out what was wrong and explaining things to me as far as maybe putting her down. They took my second cat no problem and were just as great with treating her. She has anxiety and a heart murmur and again Dr. Max was wonderful with her. When I was getting ready to move out of the state I asked a lot of questions about how to travel with her, medication, etc... They are a wonderful place and I recommend anyone take their pets there.
Absolutely amazing experience. I have been bringing my cat to see Dr. Lotovsky for several years. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. It’s pretty easy to make an appointment—usually there’s availability within a few days, and they can accommodate you if your pet has an emergency. I would also like to note that my cat’s insurance recently wrongly denied a claim, and Dr. Lotovsky wrote a great appeal letter in less than a day. The claim was approved! I am very happy with my experience at Ark Life so far.
